We correctly discribe our items to the best of our ability, especially on single or multiple items listings, and 99% of the time the pictures in the auctions are what you will be getting.
About Us:
We have been in business for over 3 years now. We sell mostly in Jewelry - Claire's and Icing Jewelry and also a wide variety of costume jewelry and Disney items. We
do on occasions sell New & used clothes for infants and toddlers and adults.
I am a stay at home mom so basically this is my business! I take pride in all I sell, and wouldn't sell anything I wouldn't use my self.
Feedback:
We take Much Pride in our feedback. We are human and mistakes will be made, as we all make them in our lives, but we strive 100% to keep our customers HAPPY. Those who have left us Negative feedback, didn't want to resolve the problems that came up or didn't correctly read and ask questions about our auctions.
Over 1200 buyers have just loved our items and we will continue to give our all! For
those who haven't, God bless and we are truely sorry you were unhappy.

Terms of Sale:
All the items we sale are final sales, we will not take returned items, therefor we ask that you read our auctions completely and make sure you have a good understanding. A Bid or Buy it now is a binding contract and we will not tollerate non-payment, especially with the new 2008 Ebay rules and regulations.
Refunds:
Insurance should be purchased, items will only be refunded or replaced if we send the wrong item. We will not refund shipping cost this includes you returning the items to us.
This is my income for my family and as stated before, we do take much pride it what we do, so please ask if you have any questions. I usually respondwithin an hour during weekdays and weekends as soon as I can get a chance.
Payment:
We expect payment to be made within 24 HOURS of auction end, if something comes up please contact us. If arrangements are not made, we will file with ebay, relist the item and take any other actions needed.
Our SHIPPING Policy:
We do make shipments everyday at Noon (which is when our carrier picks up our items). If payment is made promptly after auction end, this makes it mucheasier on us. If payment is made after noon, it will be shipped on
our next shipping day.
Most items are shipped usps First Class / Parcel Post / Priority Mail. This is up to or discression depending on item sizes.
Please allow anywhere from 2 to 10 days for your item to arrive. Note, Larger packages tend to take a little longer when in route due to spaces on the uspstrucks. (or so this is what I am told)
Combined Shipping Rules:
We do combine shipping.
Smaller Auctions

will be calculated as follows: Highest shipping price first and then $2 for each additional item won in a three day period.
Large Lots, that have high weight will all be placed together and weighed.
IF SHIPPING IS LESS THAN CHARGED WE WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE!!
